Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds

GetPagar is not liable to process any refund in any scenario. You will be required to make payment of subscription fees for the use of the application.

Customers are advised to generate invoices immediately after purchasing a subscription. Requests for GST claims or changes in the invoice (with a valid reason) must be sent via email to support@getpagar.com within one month from the purchase date.

Cancellation

UPI and Net Banking Transactions

  • UPI and Net Banking transactions cannot be canceled after initiating the transaction.
  • If the wrong account number or VPA ID is entered, the Company is not liable for the transaction.
  • All UPI transactions are real-time. In case of delays, contact support@getpagar.com after a 30-minute cool period.

Debit Card / Credit Card Transactions

  • Report any transaction issues via email to support@getpagar.com.
  • The Company will respond according to the internal escalation matrix and policies.
  • Refunds are processed case-by-case following transaction validation and legal guidelines.

Biometric Devices

  • GetPagar is not responsible for damage or delays during transit of biometric devices.
  • For manufacturing defects or issues, contact the device manufacturer directly.
  • No refunds will be provided on biometric device purchases under any circumstances.
  • Any resolution will follow the internal escalation matrix and legal framework on a case-by-case basis.
